We gather under the First Quarter Moon, a point in the lunar cycle that invites gentle movement and clearing — releasing what feels heavy so new energy can take root.

As the season continues to shift through autumn, this is a beautiful moment to pause, reset and reconnect with the body.

This 90-minute restorative evening offers space to soften and unwind. Through supported restorative poses, simple breathwork and live sound, we’ll allow the nervous system to settle and the body to release what it no longer needs to carry.

Robyn will guide the restorative practice while Justin weaves live sound throughout the evening, creating a deeply calming and immersive experience.

Together we create space for renewal — physically, mentally and energetically.

We’ll close with tea and a slow return into the evening, so you can move into the weekend feeling grounded, clear and nourished.

Suitable for all levels.
